Do you ship worldwide?
No, our shipping is not available worldwide.
Where do you ship from?
We ship directly from our location in Hong Kong.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We strive to process orders swiftly. To modify or cancel, kindly notify us within 12 hours of placing your order. Requests made beyond this time frame cannot be accommodated. However, after receiving your order, returns for a full refund can be arranged.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal for your convenience.
When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed from our warehouse between Monday and Friday. Processing usually takes 1-3 business days from the order date. Shipments follow the next business day after processing. Please note that shipments aren't made on weekends.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to high demand, orders may take between 7-15 days for delivery.
What if I don't receive my order?
If your order doesn't arrive within 30 days from the shipping date, you're eligible for a full refund.
